CANCELLATION POLICY

🚨Cancellation & No-Show Policy🚨 Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointment times are limited, I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling: * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 25% fee of the scheduled service. * This fee applies regardless of the reason for the late cancellation. No-Show Policy: * A no-show is considered an appointment where the client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not provide prior communication. * No-shows will be charged 40% of the scheduled service. * Facial service no-shows will be charged 60% of the scheduled service due to the additional preparation and time reserved specifically for the appointment. * If a client arrives significantly late and the appointment can no longer be performed, it may be treated as a no-show and the applicable fee will apply. Outstanding Fees: Any applicable cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before booking another appointment. If the card on file is declined, the outstanding balance must be resolved before a new appointment can be confirmed. I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, these policies are in place to protect the time that I have reserved specifically for you and to ensure other clients have the opportunity to book available appointments. By booking an appointment with GorJess Esthetique, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and the appointment opportunities of other clients. 🤍✨
