Clients must cancel at least 8 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations made with less than 8 hours' notice will incur a 25% charge of the service booked. I completely understand that life happens and things come up unexpectedly. However, if there is no communication, I will have to enforce this policy to respect both my time and other clients' opportunities to book. If you no show your appointment then you will be charged 35% of the service booked. Thank you for understanding and respecting these guidelines!
